Is it possible to "squeeze" dissercat.com?

In continuation of the question - they ended up on the other side of the barricades - they found their work there.
Is it possible to do something with them more than just write a letter to have the dissertation deleted? Is it realistic to achieve compensation for damages, etc.? What is the best way to proceed?

Protection of the rights of authors through the court. But it is better to start by fixing the very fact of "providing" -purchasing a dissertation. Screenshots must be notarized. Only the author of the work, or a person to whom the author has notarized this right, can apply to the court.

I can comment on your question as follows:
1. The appeal to Rospotrebnadzor, given the resonance on the toaster, is collective.
2. Claim against LLC "Scientific Electronic Library" on the basis of the determination by Rospotrebnadzor of the activities of LLC "Scientific Electronic Library" that this structure is violating Art. Article 1255 inflicts property damage by its actions, www.copyright.ru/documents/zashita_avtorskih_prav/...
I note that after my personal acquaintance with the agency agreement , www.dissercat.com/agentskii-dogovor
you as the authors of works or scientific papers are completely right here.

Is it necessary to do this?
The text of the dissertation can be copied at the Leninka branch in Khimki - but a) no more than 30% will say - which is ridiculous, b) the price for copying there is such that it will be significantly more expensive than the 500 rubles that dissercat takes.
When you handed over your dissertation to the library of the place where you defended yourself - how did you agree on the rights?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
