Is it possible to spy on users in an organization?
I worked in the organization for 1.5 months, there is a feeling that my requests are burning. And in a private window and just when I enter something in the browser. There is a feeling that the admins know what I'm doing! Is such surveillance of users possible? Is it possible to see the request history of both private and regular browser windows?? If so, what are the names of the programs that are used to track users, the most famous ones??

The question at the end is strangely asked. As if you were instructed to organize surveillance in the organization and in incognito mode of browsers. In general, of course. A regular proxy server sees all the traffic that goes through it. But if the organization is large, then it will be difficult to view it in real time. But to filter op IP, if the network is normally configured, then there will be no problems at all
Actually, it's called a proxy server. There may be a transparent proxy, that is, all Internet connections automatically go through it, and what sites and what requests, including in a private window, you make - all this is visible to admins. The proxy server is not installed on users' machines, but on a single machine - the gateway server on the Internet. That is, the thing that distributes the Internet, records who and what requests from this Internet. A private window won't help. And there are also such programs as a time manager, not only a browser, but also simply monitors how many minutes a day you spend in Word, how many in 1C, how many on the VKontakte page. But such programs are already installed directly on the computer that needs to be monitored.
PS Personally, I don't see anything wrong with that. At work - work :) Personal should not be. IMHO.
Possibility of tracking users in the organization
Everything can be traced. if the company is engaged in this, then you most likely have a clause in the contract where it is not explicitly written that the company can receive information from a working computer during working hours. It is very likely that an agent from the DLP system is installed on your computer, which also takes screenshots. At the same time, the company has every right to do so.
