Is it possible to split a payment from an online store into two accounts?

I have no experience with payment systems, I ask a question to experienced ones.
A person buys goods in an online store. Pays 10,000 rubles.
9000 goes to the manufacturer, and 1000 rubles to the transport company and this is at the site / payment system level.
Is it possible?

Impossible. The manufacturer must negotiate with the transport company and pay a share of the order, orders must be recorded.
