Is it possible to specify the tcp and udp protocol in the Mikrotik Firewall field at the same time?

Hello!
Is it possible to specify both at the same time so as not to duplicate the same rules? For example, in pfSense I could do this.
More: how to specify as Dst. Address is not an ip, but a domain name?

If there are no additional parameters in the rule that are specific to tcp/udp, specify stupidly ip.
I will add, in some form in dst-address you can "specify" a domain name, you need to create an address list, you already specify the domain name in it. The main condition is that clients use dns with Mikrotik.

1. You can't. This is not FreeBSD, iptables is not ipfw.
2. Specifying a domain name does not make sense, Mikrotik will cut it off and replace it with IP.
