Is it possible to specify a program that I wrote myself as a solution?
I will briefly describe what I mean. Today I asked a question: Is there a TaskBar manager for Windows or standard ... . But the programs offered in response do not suit me, so I decided to write my own. If, in response to a question, I indicate a number of programs proposed in the comments, as well as indicate the one that I wrote myself (link to github). Would that be considered a violation of the rules? That is, technically this is the answer to the question, but at the same time it turns out to be advertising.
PS Of course the program will be open-source.

This answer may be a violation of p.p. 5.6. service rules .
But if in your answer you argue against your objective interest (no other program was found) and describe the real and competitive advantages of your particular program (fewer buttons, more work), then this will not be a violation.
In any case, if the administrator considers your message "any element of advertising", then he can complain or delete the post.
There is nothing wrong with a one-time mention. You can't even call it advertising.
Would that be considered a violation of the rules? The answer is obvious: it will.
