Is it possible to sort a sheet in excel by a column similar to another column?

There is a table sheet, it has a column where the addresses are written in the same format. There is a column with addresses in a different format (they almost do not differ, somewhere "d." where "home ownership" and so on.) So I need to match two columns as the most similar so that I can then sort the entire sheet by this column
