A person who is able to solder a chip and remake a card does not ask such questions here :)
Of course, you can :) It is
enough to have a circuit diagram and wiring diagram of the card, equipment for chip desoldering and experience in developing such solutions :)

And if a little more seriously: it will be much cheaper and easier to buy any wifi USB transmitter - the simplest models cost less than 400 rubles. New components alone will be required for several thousand, or even more, plus consumables - flux, solder, masks, heat shrinks, soldering tips, etc. - despite the fact that this is still the smallest part of the budget. Tools for tens and hundreds of thousands of rubles - soldering stations, hot air guns, tweezers, scalpels, screwdrivers, multimeters and more. The cost of a good and high-quality oscilloscope reaches millions of rubles - but without it at all (no, of course I know that our smart people can flash the BIOS with a bicycle wheel (a real case, yes) - but still it is much more convenient with such a device),. Plus, more time for specialists to solder the chip, search for a circuit diagram (and even reverse) and develop, manufacture, fixing the errors of the new board, specialists will cost so much that it’s easier to buy a top-end laptop with all the desired stuffing and the maximum configuration (or even several at once, taking into account the equipment) and there will be more for all sorts of accessories. But there is still such a thing as drivers and compatibility of hardware, OS, and so on, which also requires the time of the relevant specialists.
