Is it possible to somehow pull out a picture with objects superimposed on it from Photoshop?

There is a layout, I need to pull out a picture from it with objects superimposed on it, the picture itself is pulled out easily, but can I pull it out the way I want?
For example, here is the background

, a grid and some icons are superimposed on it, I need to pull it out with all this, but it is pulled out only like this

You can merge the layers you need with the key combination Ctrl + E and pull out this one merged layer.
