Is it possible to somehow make navigation (hiding blocks) being on another page?

I have a filter that works through display none / display block on javascript on the corresponding filter block (for example, I click on "Psychologist" and all other doctors are hidden and only psychologists remain).

The question is, I have navigation on the footer for doctors leading to the page to this filter, can I make it so that if I click on the main page "Psychologists", I will be redirected to a page with an already active filter with navigation on "psychologists" enabled?

If you add ?specialty=psychology to the link, then you can then process it using JS
