If it's just power filtering - solder it, nothing will happen to it.
If this is, for example, part of an LC circuit - you need an exact match of capacities

If this is a round aluminum barrel for 270 microfarads, then it can be replaced without problems, it will be even better.
And if this is a small droplet with legs, at 270 pF, then there may be nuances and you need to know what kind of device it is and where exactly this capacitor is located, there is some chance that the device will not work correctly.
