Is it possible to sleep peacefully if the site's ip is blacklisted?

Hosted on vps. I set up a mail server and, when testing mail sending, I noticed that Google and mail.ru test letters go to spam, although all checks for dkim, etc. pass normally. Solving the issue, I found out that according to whatismyipaddress.com my site ip is in the following blacklists:
b.barracudacentral.org
dnsbl.spfbl.net
spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net
Using third-party services to send mail is not a problem. But will these blacklists affect anything else? For example, in SEO promotion, etc.? Or these lists purely affect mail?

I won’t say anything about SEO, but there will be problems with mail. Barracuda - the list is so-so, I don’t know the second one at all, but I recommend to go to sorbs, look for yourself and see what they “sew” for you there.
UPD: I know one office that has been in sorbs for a long time and sleeps peacefully :) But this does not threaten you, because this office is called Google :)

Your mail relay is most likely open. Check it out!

Two of the listed bases are significant, so most likely they will ban. In some cases, mail services may ignore the presence of ip in RBL, but this is for large servers with a reputation.
About the services.
If you do not talk about the quality of the services themselves, considering sending through them (their smtp or API) from the same "dirty" server ip, then the problem may persist.
