Is it possible to “simply” control changes to adding posts, pages, categories, tags? (provided that the addition/changes were made by standard wordpress tools). And if so, how?
For example.
When you clicked the publish/change/save button for these entities, the date-time of this addition/change was stored somewhere.
Or in another way - a kind of analogue of “you have new messages”, only in this case, from the moment the site was viewed (by any user), posts, pages, categories, tags appeared / changed

Hello!
To control the actions of clients (so that they do not say that we did nothing, but it stopped working by itself)))) I use the Stream plugin. https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/stream/
The plugin monitors all actions in the admin panel and keeps a log.
