Is it possible to set up a redirect from https to http without access to htaccess?

I have a domain on Gino databiz.pro , I am redirecting to my Bitrix website by possible means. In the case of http databiz.pro, the transition works fine, but not with https databiz.pro .

I tried to make a CNAME record, to no avail.

I tried to knock something out of support, but got a rather floating response.

How to be?
