How to install Nginx on CentOS 7?

1. Installed CentOS 7 on a virtual machine.
2. Added nginx repository to yum.
3. Installed nginx.
4. I check the performance curl -I 127.0.0.1
The check passed, but I can’t log in from the natural machine when typing the ip of the virtual machine in the browser.
What could be the reason? firewall-cmd is not installed. maybe the reason is in SeLinux?
It's also strange that my network connection name is enp0s3, instead of the usual eth0, and ip 10.0.2.15
instead of 192.168.xx can cause problems with the network.
