Is it possible to set up 2 LANs with 2 gateways on openwrt?

The provider provides 2 ip (10.155.10.146 and 10.123.70.2) with different gateways: 10.155.10.145 and 10.123.70.1. I have a router with openwrt 15.05. Is it possible to configure the router to implement the following functionality:
1. vlan1 - local network with ip 192.168.1.0/24, dhcp, Internet access through the gateway 10.155.10.145
2. vlan2 - local network with ip 192.168.2.0/24, dhcp, Internet access through gateway 10.123.70.1
3. allow traffic exchange between vlans
