Every time I write the name of the company there. Is there any way to force the service to do this automatically?

If you don’t find a solution to your question and use mail through the web interface, then there is an extension for chrome , not quite automatically, but it’s more convenient and quick to insert pre-prepared text into any forms.

I think there are similar solutions for other browsers.
