Hello, here's the thing.
I made a business card layout here, at first only for my department, the management liked it and decided to take it as the main one for the whole company. And since the company is pretty big, the solution was this: I provide the departments with a layout that is completely ready for printing, but in which several fields can be changed, namely - Name, Position, Phone and Email.
He acted as follows.
In InDesign, I actually prepared the layout, saved everything in PDF, removed all the parameters for printing as usual, Name, Position, Phone and Email from the layout.
Then I processed it already in acrobat, added 4 text fields to the required coordinates, set up these 4 fields, and then saved the document. But somehow I stumbled that the color of the text in the text field is set in rgb, and not in cmyk.
Now, the departments have received this PDF, filled in the text fields, saved the documents and submitted them to the printer.
And here comes the answer from the printing house that these text fields are not printed. I understood the error, but did not find it, is it possible, and if so, how to set the text color in cmyk mode in acrobat?

First, idiots work in this printing house. Correcting the colors of the texts is a trifling matter, it's just that mentally retarded degenerates are sitting there. This is a very common problem in printing, unfortunately.
Secondly, interactive PDF usually works in RGB. Huh why. Perhaps there are exceptions.
Thirdly, instead of fields, you can simply teach users to use the Edit PDF acrobat function (Edit PDF) - this is no more difficult than editing a Word file, and the original color is preserved (just checked)
