Is it possible to set several task managers in the BP flowchart element "Task" and if so, how?

After completing the task, it receives the status "Waiting for control" and is sent to the director, who must accept the work and press the appropriate button. How to choose several directors, i.e. that the task would be sent to several people for control, any of whom could accept the task? When you try to specify several, after saving the task, only the first of them remains in the "assignor" field. If you add the director as an observer, then, as far as I understand, the observer will have a task immediately after it is created, and not when the responsible (executor) presses the "complete" button, and this would not be desirable.

No, it is not possible to implement this at the time of writing the comment.
Unlike other fields, the "Setter" field is not a multiple field and does not contain additional logic, so in its pure form this is only possible in the boxed version of Bitrix24 with a core split and unnecessary updates.
However, by developing your own business process actions, it is possible to implement another option.
You will need to develop 2 additional blocks of business process actions:
- Waiting for a task status change
- Editing a task.
The essence is as follows: the necessary employees are added to the task by observers (so that they can see the task). The task is not controlled.
After the block with the task, a loop is started, which is executed until the task is completed (or another option for exiting the loop).
Immediately after waiting for a change in the status of the task, all participants in the processes are given a task for approval and, in case of failure, a change in the status of the task and entering a new circle of the cycle.
There are no such blocks in the standard, so you will have to develop them yourself or order the appropriate development.
