Is it possible to set a forced color?

At the beginning of the project creation, we have a window that has a dark title in the studio, we set the rest of the window to the same dark shade, which in the end will give us a completely dark window for a long time. After building the project, we get a light header. Why ?
It seems to me that the Windows settings (win 10) are mixed up here (don't throw stones too hard, just an assumption).
Is it possible to force the color, without the "windowStyle: none" option and drawing your own close buttons and stuff?

Yes, it takes (well, at least this is done on Win 8 & 8.1) from the color of Windows.
To override - make your own window with your own buttons.
