Is it possible to set a ban on uploading files in a ball by extension?

All health!
Please advise or send as part of the study of the issue:
- is it possible by some means to limit the ability to upload files to the ball (file dump and etc) by extension? Ideally, give write and read access (.doc(x); .xls(x); .pdf; .jpeg).
Perhaps someone came across and there is a working and iron solution?
Thank you for your attention!

In the Windows Server FS settings there are filtering settings (Block Management) for the shared directory, where you can restrict the download of any files for all or individual users.

An iron and reliable solution is called an antivirus. Set up filters on it and go.
