Is it possible to send push notifications for an iOS app removed from the Apple Store?

Let's say that we already have a database of users who have subscribed to notifications from my iOS application. But after some time, the program was removed from the Apple Store. Will I be able to send push notifications or does the apple push notification service not work without an app in the market?

It's not just the availability of the application in the market. To send push notifications, you must have a valid certificate. And with the revocation of the application, most likely the certificate will also be revoked. So no, it's not possible.
