There is amoCRM, there is whattapp.
There are also many different integrations, but no one knows how to send audio messages to clients.
But someone can, as far as I know :) The
question is - does anyone know a similar solution? Unfortunately, I couldn't find it myself.

It seems that someone came up with a clubhouse before it became mainstream)) as far as I know, the complexity of sending audio messages to WhatsApp lies in the codec. I did it like this:
1. I recorded an audio message in whatsapp via phone
2. I received a link to this message through a hook or in /messages
3. I sent the audio with the received link)
But in general I worked with chat api and their bot has a similar function . So it is quite possible that in various APIs there is something similar.
