Is it possible to send a letter in such a way that the picture from it would not be cached?

There is a signature with the same image address, the address remains unchanged, while the picture itself changes periodically. And it turns out that when sending a letter with a new picture, the client naturally displays the old one from the cache. With ctrl + F5 or after some time, the picture will of course be updated. But this option is not very suitable, in connection with which the question arose.
Can be reset via JS, but will the mailer skip the email with the script?

JS in emails is a violation of all security canons. Normal JS mailer won't let through. As for pictures, they are often cached by the mailer, also for security reasons.
Look here. I am sending you an email with a picture on my website. My site is smart, it tracks image hits. And the picture itself is unique - I sent it to you and only you. And here on my server the appeal to the picture is fixed. Obviously you have opened the letter. So the first - I find out the time of reading the letter. Next, the server will find out from which ip the image was accessed. So i know your ip. Next, I know your OS and browser. Don't you think that this is overkill? So that there is no such garbage, the mailer itself loads the picture on its own behalf and gives it to the user from the cache.
For you, I see only two solutions:
1) Send everyone a unique picture.
2) Send everyone the same link. But when you click on the link to your site, you can already show and take into account anything and how you like. There you will have JS and whatever you want.
The most correct option, IMHO, combined - to send each a unique link. If you go, then by the key in the link your site will find out what kind of employee, and automatically authorize and then show what is needed.
