How to get the address to which the redirect is going?

The site has a link that, when clicked, redirects to another site. The site is written in AngularJS, so the PhantomJS webdriver is used. As far as I was able to find out, the direct address is not registered in html, after the click, the database is accessed, then the final link for the transition is formed. This final link can be seen in the browser console in the network -> preview tab. How to get this link for further work with it?

Well, you can make each line pseudo-elements. Or just cut out these two images and put them in the back
