Is it possible to run swift on 10.9.2?

Hello.
Not sure if swift can be run on 10.9.2? The minimum version for it is 10.9.3, but it's buggy and I don't need it.

Xcode 6 Beta seems to only work on 10.10?
Error.. It works on 10.9.

Perhaps my version will be a little "perverted" and you expect an easier way: install a free emulator and install yourself 10.9.3 or 10.10 right away, where you roll Xcode 6 for yourself.
