The first time I encounter this and I would like to ask:
At a price it flies to 2700r.
Are there any cheaper alternatives? If so, what can be substituted?
Or where can I buy in Moscow at the best price?

2700 is cheap enough for a matrix. Cheaper - only second-hand, probably.
The matrix for my laptop in Russia costs, for example, 9-12 thousand. And in the official SC they want 17 for it. And this is also not very expensive for the matrix)
