Is it possible to remove the H1 tag in the logo on the main page of the online store or take it off the screen?

Let me explain - our seo-master requires that such a heading must be on the main page. On some layouts, for design reasons, this is not very appropriate, you have to compromise. I studied the code of several large online stores and found several approaches to this issue:
1. There is no tag on the page at all;
2. The tag is in the block with the logo;
3. The tag is in the code, but it is absolutely positioned and moved far beyond the scope.
I mentioned the last two methods to the seo master, to which he replied that large companies can afford it.
I'm wondering if this is true?
What exactly are the disadvantages of these methods?
How do those online stores that use them get out of the situation?

1) Bad, but possible. At least it's worth using for two reasons
1.1) USP, comprehension enhancement for the dumb
1.2) It's better to drink a couple of beers than not to drink a couple of beers
2) Bad - the heading text implies the text, and nothing else. Plus, the name of the store (if the logo is capitalized) is not quite suitable for this. Seo specialist requires this to stick a good high-frequency speaker, and not just to have it
3) Bad - Atatat a) someone will burn - squeal, b) bots read tsss and your method, which is relevant for mid-2000, will not work now.
At a minimum, do this so that you have a USP on the main page, so that the visitor to the site understands what he is talking about, describe in two or three words what kind of services or what direction of products you sell.
Large companies are large for that, and you can do without additional shamanism.
