Без ТМ никак, это правила самой зоны, а не регистратора.
Те способы которые доступны - нарушение закона, как по мне тему нужно закрыть!

It is impossible in any way according to the rules of the UA zone.
When registering a domain, the certificate number is a required field. Once an application has been submitted, it is manually reviewed by the zone administrator.
If you will register tm, be sure to consult with the registrar on the tm name. Patent attorneys often give the wrong advice.
TM must match the name of the future domain. If tm is in Cyrillic, transliteration rules are used to translate into Latin. It is better that TM was textual.
