Is it possible to register a company's TIN through a webhook?

Interested in the possibility of implementing the above incoming webhook through the crm.requisite.add method.

Incorrect parameters are being used.
If you look at the request, it turns out like this: ?ENTITY_TYPE_ID=4&ENTITY_ID=1651
While the method takes only fields as an input argument, and accordingly the request should look like this:
?fields[ENTITY_TYPE_ID]=4&fields[ENTITY_ID]=1651
i.e. . fields[ENTITY_TYPE_ID] should be used as keys
