Is it possible to reduce the RSI for a sharp withdrawal of many pages from the search?

Good afternoon,
Is it possible to reduce the IQ (by 10 points) for a sharp withdrawal from the index of many pages (about 10k)?
(noindex added to the pages)
If not, is there any way to find out what caused the decline?

If a sharp decline in the ICS was observed at the time of a sharp decline in the number of pages in the index, then you can not go to the grandmother :)

it is possible to
find out directly it is impossible, well, except for the experience of SEOs and obvious jambs a la "virus on the page"

The exact algorithms for calculating the ICS are unknown, but I think that of course it will affect.

Perhaps, more precisely, stopudovo YES. You added a noindex, which means that the pages fell out of the index and there was less traffic to the site, and the ICS indicator is basically a quantitative assessment of the traffic on the site. Less traffic = less ICS.
