Is it possible to reduce RAM consumption on clean Windows 10?

WIN 10 eats 2.1 GB at startup. I disabled everything in the settings, but it does not help. Are there any other working tweakers without viruses?

WIN 10 eats 2.1 GB at startup.

So what? Most of this is a file cache that takes up memory to make Windows run even faster. As soon as the memory starts to get clogged with programs, the system will give up this place.
In short, don't sweat it.

Have you turned off the standard antivirus? Did you add an extra one? His __complete__ shutdown gave me +200 RAM. System crashes on startup 1.9

Win10 LTSC devours 0.8 GB out of 1.9 GB (netbook)
and this is the bare minimum.

At the extreme, you can periodically clean the ram yourself with the memreduct program, it helped me on an old laptop
