Is it possible to redirect a request to VKAPI for a Win 7 desktop application?

Hello.
There was a stupid question. Contact blocked at work. I don't like it because I listen to music through meridian . A stupid idea came up. Can I, having learned vkapi, redirect meridiana requests to some kind of mirror and thus bypass the block and listen to music? Thanks in advance!

set up a proxy for vkapi on the VPS and on the computer in hosts, register the IP of your VPS for the vkapi domain.
