Is it possible to recover data from disks in RAID10 if the controller crashes and one of the disks is lost?

Hello, there was a server with 6 disks (3 TB each) in RAID 10 on an adaptec 6805 controller, the controller broke down, one of the disks was lost, in connection with this, the question is, how best to recover data from RAID, is it possible by inserting in a similar controller to count them?
I understand correctly that the loss of one is not terrible, there is a copy of the data on the second, due to the redundancy of RAID 10, thanks for the help?

It should work if you connect working disks to the same ports on the new controller that the disks were on the old one.

Yes
, there is also special software for raising such raids, but the stsuko is expensive, as far as I remember, more expensive than the controller
