Is it possible to raise a mail server without TXT?
My project is almost ready. A lot of time is spent on email. (I'm afraid to guess what will happen to the ip PBX) But there was a problem, no-ip.ru does not allow you to register TXT and PTR records.
I decided to look at the mail for the domain from Yandex and Google, and they require, in addition to MX, to configure TXT. Please tell me how to raise a mail server without PTR and TXT records?! I can make MX records.

You can raise it, but it will not work, everything has already been explained to you in previous questions.
As far as I know, TXT is used for SPF, protection against spammers trying to send emails "on your behalf". Of course it is desirable, but at the initial stage it is possible without it.
But PTR is required, not a single decent SMTP server will let messages from a host whose PTR does not match A.
PS So what are you waiting for? Set up a mail service, set MX, and look in the mail logs for how other SMTPs break you off due to the lack of a PTR. You can clearly see it for yourself...
Of course you can.
What does TXT and PTR records have to do with the mail server? A TXT record is a record that allows you to add just arbitrary text to a zone . And that's it. PTR-record - reverse resolve, without it some servers will take you for a spammer, but no more. The only one I have that has done this is the FreeBSD mailing list server.
A TXT record is required for SPF to work.
And of course, for all this you need to manage the zone yourself :)
It is possible without TXT, but without an SPF record, your letters on many public mail services will go to spam. And without a PTR record, they may not reach spam.
Rent a VPS for $3/month and don't worry.
