Is it possible to put a web for a consultant?

Good afternoon guys, can you tell me if it is possible to make a web face for a consultant so that users can work within the network and not by connecting a network drive?
There is a server on centos, it has a Consultant, users use it using samba, but I would like to open the 192.168.0..1/cons tab and use it on a web form
