Is it possible to put a processor from a computer to a laptop?

Hello everyone, I have two very old machines, a PC and a Lenovo B570e laptop .
The computer has an Nvidia graphics card and an Intel Celeron CPU G530 2.40GHz processor
The laptop has an Intel graphics card and an Intel Celeron CPU B820 1.70GHz

I want to put a processor from a PC into a laptop, will it work? Does it make sense to disassemble the laptop? Thank you.

It is forbidden.
Only laptops from Clevo, aka Saiger, Dream Machines, Hasee, Eurocome, etc., allow this (only premium laptops, of course).
All other laptops have soldered CPUs and older laptops have a different type of socket not compatible with PC.
