I do not see a socket here, but as I understand it, this is a laptop mother. Most probably not. I recommend that you call off.service. They'll tell you for sure.
In incredible theory it is possible, but in practice it takes incredible effort to make this happen. I remember someone from my acquaintances AMD's percent on the laptop. It looked terrible, but it worked.
