The question is not clear, it is not clear what goal you are pursuing at all. I will answer in general.
If you need to get C/C++ code, then you need a Hex-Rays decompiler. By itself, IDA - only disassembles (well, it also parses the decorations of functions, turning them into sish headers, looking for strings, etc.), this is not enough for serious reverse engineering in an acceptable time frame.
I have IDA with Hex-Rays installed.
