You can. If he has an account for an individual developer, then as the user wrote above, simply sharing the account will not work . He should give you a username and password. This is new from this year. Last year, certificates were also rummaged for individual ones.
If he has a company account , he can add your account, give you certificates and you can upload. For unloading, you will need two provisioning - for development and publication. If there is a version for Catalyst, then two more.
