Is it possible to publish an article on behalf of another Habr user?
Actually the question is: if there is not enough karma to publish an article, is it possible to ask someone to publish this article with the name of the real author? Isn't this against the rules? And, if contradictory, is there any other way to publish the article?
ps. This question is by no means a beggar of karma. Please do not add karma for him.

Write an article on your blog (in the sense of an old resource) and ask someone to publish a link as a topic. So the people will familiarize themselves with the material and will know who to say thanks to. And, it seems that such a feint does not contradict the rules.
I was once sent a part of a future article in a personal, with a request to increase karma, for publication. Not a bad idea, I think. I liked that it was not an empty request.
We will not discuss the actions of the administration, because. it is forbidden by the rules :)
But initially there was such an opportunity. There was a blog "I'm smart" (the blog is still there, but the rules have changed), where users even with negative karma could write in order to regain lost positions. And you could write to your personal blog with positive karma.
Now, in fact, the only way to become a full-fledged member of Habra is to publish an article in the sandbox, get an invite and a bunch of pluses to the article for that. If you were invited, wait for kind people or shine in the comments. But shining in the comments usually leads to a drop in karma :)
And what is your end goal? Improve A little enlighten the world or earn some karma? If the former, ask to be published without crediting you as the author. In the second case, perhaps nothing will help.
Since other users do this, it means that it is not stopped, which means it is possible. But in fact, if this was stopped, it would be very strange against the background of comments in which there are obscene words, or pure trolling, but these posts hang and no one deletes them ...
So, if you publish the turn of another person useful post, it will only be in favor. Only in favor of the resource - if the sender does not indicate your nickname, then the pluses may not go to you ...
And this is also a controversial point due to the fact that it is not clear who should publish other people's articles. Indeed, on this site it is difficult to predict whether the article will go in plus or minus. And the sender can pick up minuses and then regret it ...
In fact, I myself think about this possibility, because I have something to write and I would like to share interesting information with users - but I can’t, there is not enough karma.
I myself encountered the same thing, because of low karma I can’t even save the article as a draft to my personal blog.
I saw similar things on Habré, but I think that this is not good.
Habr is a self-regulating community (the function of the regulator is just performed by karma)
I.e. the idea is that a person with a low level of karma does not write good enough articles. And vice versa, the higher the karma, the better the person's articles.
Another thing is that you can’t earn karma with a good article (because you can’t publish it). It is necessary either to write \ answer in Q&A, or simply comment on someone's articles.
