Is it possible to publish a WebView application to GooglePlay?
Hello everyone, there is a website / web service. We needed a mobile app. We opted for WebView because it’s cheap, fast, the database stretches, it’s convenient to use, and if there are any changes on the site or in the functionality, then you don’t need to change it separately for mobile and desktop versions.
We made it in AndroidStudio "on the knee" for the test, created the APK, launched it at home and we liked everything and threw it to the customers - everyone is happy.
There was a question of the publication. On the Internet, I read horror stories that such web-view applications are banned, block accounts, and in general everything is now difficult to publish in the Market.
Does it make sense to develop a native application now, which, in fact, will be the same, only written in the conditional React / Flutter and will be done for half a year and cost $ 10k +?
Who faced, what will you tell? Because I don’t want to publish, fly off to the ban and forget about its publication under the current name and design.
