Is it possible to promote a site built on Webflow?

Good time everyone.
I'm a web designer, I don't understand code. Interested in sites created on Webflow. The studiocorvus.com example
looks nice enough, responsive. I want to build a business card site (several pages) on a turnkey basis + promotion. But there are doubts.
1. Are such sites without CMS in demand? (see example)
2. Is it possible to promote a site built on Webflow (a business card site with several pages), and how will such a code affect the promotion?

This is the same in principle as Adobe Muse, so yes)) why not? for a business card site, a portfolio is just that.

Now webflow has a CMS, but I don’t know yet what pitfalls there are.
