Is it possible to post to a Facebook page via the API without identity verification?

Good evening.
Interested in information on this issue.
There is a small Facebook page where the news is posted. I tried to publish something on it using the API. I registered the application, received a token, specified the publish_pages and manage_pages scopes. However, when I try to post, I get:

If posting to a group, requires app being installed in the group, and
either publish_to_groups permission with user token, or both manage_pages
and publish_pages permission with page token; If posting to a page,
requires both manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with
sufficient administrative permission

Digging through developers.facebook.com makes me realize that using publish_pages and manage_pages requires verification and identity verification.

Q:
Can I bypass these requirements if I don't need to post anything on pages where other people are administrators? That is, in fact, I need to publish only on one page. Google told me that if I am an application administrator and a page administrator, then I can leave the application in test mode and publish it this way. app and page admin are the same. However, I still get an error.

If, nevertheless, it is impossible to get around this and you need to fight with identity confirmation and other bureaucratic things, please tell me the services with which you can do this through the API.
Thanks for the help.
