Is it possible to plan self-study WEB development?

I am 14 years old. Interested in web development, familiar with HTML5, CSS3 and some JS. I watch the lessons, I try to typeset, but everything comes out somehow mixed up. I would like to get some kind of action plan, what to read, whom to watch, etc.

And I think that real development can only be according to plan. However, your most important task now is to do well in school. Learn the web, but at the cost of blocking the school - incredible stupidity, criminal. No need to rush, childhood is given once in a lifetime. Man does not live by the web alone. You should not think about some school subjects that "I won't need it." Everything will be needed. You can start with the web even from the age of 18 - quite enough. If you really feel like it, then give up all this web development until the age of 18 and focus on learning English. Become an ace in English and then your (Russian) competitors will (over time) be left far behind - because the vast majority of Russian developers are shamefully bad (ridiculously bad) in English. Good English is the secret key to programming success. Without the ability to watch an American film with the original track and understand (by ear) at least half, one cannot become a good programmer. First, most of the web documentation is in English only. Secondly - never read English-language documentation in Russian translation (books, articles) - you will not understand anything correctly - only in the original. Because it is impossible to translate this - you can only re-write in another language. Thirdly - you will be in Turkey / Egypt in the summer - you will be able to communicate more if necessary. Learning English is a very time-consuming task. It is at a young age that this should be done. Then, after 18, life will no longer give such a chance, and then you will constantly say to yourself - what a fool I was that I did not study it earlier. You can even find some English courses right now - for teenage children this is affordable, but for adults they will be extortionate. Spare no effort for English.
When you turn 17-18 - generally forget about the web and throw all your strength into entering a university. And only after admission, you can start with the web. Yes, and forget about computer games. Right from today. At all. Forever and ever.
All previous advice is given without regard to the age of the questioner. These answers are for people aged 18 and over. My answer is for a 14-year-old.

More JS, more CSS
master git at a basic level
Do a few layouts.
learn for example bootstrap
redo 1-2 of your layouts with bootstrap
master angular or reactjs
redo 1-2 of your layouts with bootstrap and reactjs
Read job requirements, study what they want.
Try to do it all within a year or two.

This web was given to you! Start learning with the basics of PROGRAMMING, algorithms, pascal, etc. If you try, there is a chance to make a good career.

1) Practice, take ready-made layouts and typeset
2) Learn JS, learn all learn.javascript.ru, solve problems
3) Learn react.js/vue.js and the necessary ecosystem (git, webpack, etc.)
4) Write your simple project, but rather a few
5) English is a must, for reading docks and other useful resources
In no case do not listen to those who talk about career / mathematics and algorithms / university, etc. You need to do only what you like, otherwise you will live a boring life, like the whole gray mass.

The plan is poorly possible in the sense that modern web development is
1. Very voluminous in terms of the necessary knowledge/skills
2. It develops very dynamically (especially the front-end part)
But in your particular case, it’s simple
1. Find a topic for the web application that you would like to create
2. Start learning those technologies that you need to implement “on the go” ( "along the way" is "along the way", not stupid jargon instead of "looks like")
It's probably best to move here https://en.vuejs.org/v2/guide/

Look, there is a freeCodeCamp with a good step-by-step plan for learning web development, then you can skip what you already know and take on new tools for you.
It is not necessary to use the site itself for study, it is enough to look at the plan and you can take materials for study from other sources.

just learn js css html and a little php - and make your own forum like a habr toaster or livejournal
and that's it! after that you will understand everything and become
a real programmer

Start with a real white sheet of paper:
1. Try to come up with a tool for solving your any problem: how you would like it to look and draw.
2. Then - try to make the same interface on the computer (HTML grid and layout).
3. Then - "animate" the functionality with JS.
Everything comes from your / task!
