In technical support, they answered me that there are only 4 currencies - rubles and USD, EUR and KZT. But this is for display. I'm interested in - can the user, in principle, pay for the purchase in national currency, if transferred in rubles for the payment system? So I understand that if he has a conditional account in tenge, then when paying, there will be an auto-conversion from rubles to tenge?

Conversion for international payments is exclusively your client’s problem, because his bank will try to make money on this: it will convert the amount at the internal rate, and even then correct it if the exchange rate changes not in favor of the client in the near future.
If you want these problems not for the client, but for you - you can invoice him in his currency;)
