Is it possible to pay for purchases in the application in rubles and not in OKs?

Hi all. Can a user make in-app purchases for rubles and not for OKs? If not, is it possible to add Robokassa or another payment aggregator to the application? I just came across the following lines in the documentation: Ya7yNzT.pngand these are the lines, 3ntqB5u.pngbut at the same time, there is no detailed information anywhere
