Will it come back 7 days after the mailing ends?
PS In API, it might be worth adding a function that stops all mailings at once, without the need to pass the ID of a specific mailing.

Bulk mailing works a little differently - you can't stop it. Notifications come to everyone at once, according to the filters that were specified when the method was called.
