Is it possible to organize employee access control in Podio (as an application, or in another way)?

Good day.
The company uses the Podio system internally. There is also a set of other internal services to which employees have access to varying degrees. For each of these services, there is a responsible person who, when an employee is dismissed, closes them. Is it possible inside Podio, when an employee is dismissed, to make sure that those responsible automatically receive tasks to close access to the dismissed person? Is it possible to make this into an application or solve it in some other way?
