Is it possible to organize a DUN profile on iPhone?

I have a navigator on Windows CE 6.0, I have an iPhone 4s, I would very much like to forward the Internet to the navigator in order to see traffic jams, etc. The question is how to do it? The navigator sees only the handsfree profile, maybe you need to pick something in Windows itself?

Will not work. Phones now use Bluetooth PAN. And there is no "modem" mode.

most likely it won’t work, you can’t roll up tuna on a PDA and there is no firewood in it for iPhones
