Is it possible to open games from old Java phones in Android?

On old phones on the Java platform there were .jar or .jad games, now I am tormented by nostalgia for them, I still played them in class at school. How to open these games on Android? I saw some topic on w3bsit3-dns.com, but everything was either very complicated there, or I had some kind of error, the emulator did not launch a single game.
Question: are there any sane .jar game emulators? There are several good Sega emulators, they fly just fine.
